Our Approach to Partnership
At Milo’s Fuel Network, we operate with one goal—helping fleets run more efficiently, reduce fuel costs, and stay in control of their operations.
To do that effectively, we require a clear and mutual understanding of how our program operates.
By applying for or using a fuel card through Milo’s Fuel Network, you agree to the following terms.
Program Structure
Milo’s Fuel Network provides access to a nationwide fuel card program powered by WEX Inc..
Milo’s acts as a facilitator and program manager
All credit decisions, billing, and transaction processing are handled by WEX and its issuing partners
Additional terms from WEX or issuing banks may apply
Enrollment & Account Setup
A $125 one-time setup fee is required upon account approval
This fee is non-refundable and covers onboarding, account configuration, and program activation
Account Maintenance & Fees
Milo’s Fuel Network reserves the right to adjust pricing as needed to maintain and improve the program.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Monthly account fees
Per-card fees
Transaction or network fees
Administrative or service fees
Fees may be added, modified, or removed at any time with notice.
Account Deactivation
To maintain program integrity and operational consistency:
A $500 account deactivation fee will apply if:
The account is voluntarily closed
The account becomes inactive
The account is terminated due to non-compliance or misuse
Payment Responsibility
All payment terms are governed by WEX Inc. and its issuing partners.
Failure to remain in good standing may result in:
Immediate suspension of cards
Loss of network access
Additional penalties or collections activity
Proper Use of Fuel Cards
Fuel cards are intended strictly for business-related use.
You are responsible for:
All transactions made on your account
Assigning cards to specific vehicles or drivers
Monitoring usage and reporting unauthorized activity
Program Flexibility & Changes
Our program is built to evolve with the market and our partners.
Milo’s Fuel Network reserves the right to:
Adjust program structure, discounts, or benefits
Modify network access or vendor participation
Update these terms as needed
Continued use of the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
Account Standing & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including but not limited to:
Non-payment or delinquency
Suspected fraud or misuse
Failure to follow program guidelines
Elevated financial or operational risk
All outstanding balances and applicable fees remain due upon termination.
Limitation of Responsibility
Milo’s Fuel Network is not responsible for:
Transaction declines
Network outages or fueling location availability
Errors or service interruptions caused by third-party providers, including WEX Inc.
