The Paw Behind the Purpose
Meet Milo
Milo’s story began on a drive home, when one of our founders stopped at a local shelter and met a broken, frightened 1.5-year-old German Shepherd. He had been through a lot. After breaking him out of his kennel and spending time together in the shelter yard, the bond was immediate. Milo didn’t leave that day alone — home they went.
Over the years, Milo traveled across the country alongside his human, climbing cell towers and logging countless miles before eventually settling in Mandeville, Louisiana. The rest, as they say, is history.
Today, Milo is the face behind the mission — a symbol of loyalty, resilience, and reliability. He reminds us that trust is built through consistency and showing up when it matters.
When he’s not running around town or visiting clients, you’ll find Milo chasing a ball, playing with his favorite possum toy, or discovering every mud puddle and water hole the yard has to offer. He’s truly man’s best friend — and the heart behind what we do.
